Yes, i've suffered pretty badly from stress in the past - so much so that i had trouble staying asleep, i'd wake up constantly gasping for air. Best way around stress is to exercise, same with depression actually.. it works wonders

Keep it in perspective - it's all relative

Are are many ways to relief stress:

1) Excercise
2) Walking
3) Shopping for hobbies
4) Sex (if you underage ignore)
5) Taking a trip somewhere far away

Certain foods are also good to relief stress like chocolate

Treating yourself every once in a while isn't so bad either.
