How can i change my spanish vista to english - Forum

ive purchased a pc here in spain but wanted to change the language to english due to some menus and functions that i dont understand completely in spanish,any suggestions?

I guess you're reading spanish...

Inicio>Panel de Control>Configuracion regional y de idioma>Teclados e idiomas>"Instalar nuevo idioma"

That will only change the keyboard layout.
Not the OS language..
