Did anyone see the Stephen Colbert Report last week. An African-American social conservative (John McWhorter) came on the show and explained why he was voting for Obama.
He said that if Obama gets elected, a generation of kids will grow up with an African-American president. Race would cease to be a political issue. Wouldn't that be a great thing? It's somewhat simplistic, but it's also somewhat true. |

I don't know if race would just magically cease to be a political issue, but having a black president certainly would help things along.
I like the Obama font, but agree it could be gentler if it wasn't bold. On the other hand, Obama needs some to look a little more ass-kicking, so maybe bold is a good choice. |
